According to the training schedule Students of the sixth semester of the University of Applied Sciences Wildau, Department of Engineering Physics, accomplished a laboratory tour on “Chip Processing” at the IHP at the end of the summer term and the beginning of the Michaelmas term. The students were educated in several aspects pertaining to the field of semiconductor technology. The program is complementary to the requirements of the curriculum of the University of Applied Sciences. The scientists of the IHP imparted their knowledge in a series of lectures and conducted the practical courses in the clean room for the junior scientists.
